My Kikay Box

This is actually a late post, my hands are full with a lot of different kinds of work at the office, and papers for the training this up coming weeks and the whole summer, not to mention that.

Nanay came home from her speaking engagement with the graduating nursing students with lots of things in her hand. They had lots of tokens for her, but one thing that catches my attention -- the wooden box. It's a box, it's more of like a nurse's box sort off. Since i dont have my camera that moment, and i was so eager to get some videos or picture, i waited for jaci to return the camera the next day.

So back to my nurses'-box-turned-into-a-make-up-box. The box was made of wood. It's more of a kikay kit, the only difference is that, it's heavy and of course, made of wood, plus it would be heavy if i'll bring it anywhere i go. I opened the wooden box and i was so happy with the compartments.

The box was used as a certificate holder. The certificate was made of tile and is attached and mounted unto the mirror of the box. The mirror was attached to the openings of the box and it can be detached and can let it stand when the box is opened. Luckily, i was able to detached the tile from the mirror. And declared that the box is mine!! ahahaha

The box has two drawers with a velvety yellow lining. The drawers can be used as the compartments of my eyeshadows, lipstick and blushes. It has an attached mirror where it can be adjusted. There is a party where I exactly put my brushes so they won't catch any dust and absorbed it. It has a handle at the top of the box. It's perfect for my make-up collection!! How lucky i can get not to spend much of my make-up box. hehehehehe

Now, i have a box for my make-ups! I was able to use it for my lipsticks, blush, brushes and some eyeshadows from wet n wild. And with all the make-up collection I am getting so far, i badly needed a box for everything. This is just a right timing ;) A good Christmas gift in March.
